The product was sent in a very flimsy envelope, which arrived open. For a very personal package like this, one would expect discretion and the package should not be easily opened during transport.

I took the time to send you clear and honest comments as you requested my feedback. I do not find your answer satisfactory and it gives me the impression that the objective is not to improve your service (which it should be) or compensate me for the inconvenience. I am sure you can understand that receiving a very personal package like this open and therefore easily visible by my postman, the post office etc, is upsetting and your answer, which I can summarise as "this happens, now are you happy with our service?" in no way answers my concern. As I mentioned, the problem lies with your packaging, which should not be so easy to open, so the only acceptable answer would be that you will change your packaging. As a result of your "lip service" answer, my feedback has now changed from poor to bad and I will not recommend your service to anyone.
