Product good but customer service very poor. I was in discussion by email with customer services concerning an issue I had but they just stopped responding without any explanation

I gave the low rating because bopster just stopped communicating and I never received an answer as to why I never was sent a voucher code when I signed up to the newsletter. I would however confirm that my granddaughter is very pleased with the scooter we purchased for her birthday.
