Following the guidance it has been necessary to minimise all our properties to reduce the risk of possible contamination. This includes removing cushions, throws, ornaments, extra crockery and cutlery etc. We accept it is minimal at present but we are only following the advice with the key aim of keeping everyone safe.
Being self catering we do not provide cleaning products other than a welcome pack including washing up liquid, a spray bottle of anti-bacteria cleaner, J-cloths and dishwasher tablets. With regard to the kitchen equipment we supply three sizes of saucepans, roasting tin trays, a frying pan, various Pyrex bowls and a full set of knives and utensils.
We have checked the double bed mattress in the villa in which you stayed and can confirm it was new just before lockdown last year. It's a memory foam mattress which many people like. Mattresses are often down to personal preference and we are sorry it did not suit you.
