Your comment about the sofa bed is of greater concern as we most definitely do provide linen. As stated on page 6 of the Guest Information Folder, the spare bedding is supplied in the monk’s bench. We have checked the apartment you stayed in and it is still there and unused! Furthermore, we have an out of hours emergency number which is clearly detailed on the laminated sheet in the apartment and if you had any difficulties you should have contacted us. It’s the same laminated sheet which gives the link to the digital Guest Information Folder. If you had contacted our on-site manager via the emergency number we would have been able to assist and help you locate the spare bedding. We are most disappointed that you didn’t make contact as your inconvenience was unnecessary and totally avoidable. Our local management team have also advised that they saw you several times during your stay and are baffled as to why you did not say anything to them. There have been no other comments about the sofabed being uncomfortable but thank you for making us aware and we will monitor it. As with all inventory we regularly monitor wear and replace items/furniture as needed. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance and WAX, which is adjacent to Beachcombers Apartments, currently advertises late dining on Friday and Saturday evenings. Having just checked their online booking system for this coming weekend, they take table reservations up to 11:30pm. In closing, we are very sorry to read you will not be returning. Whilst it is apparent almost all of the issues were avoidable, perhaps Beachcombers Apartments was just not suited to you.
