Thank you for your feedback and we are very sorry to hear you were unable to stay due to transport issues and a lack of petrol. As explained we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds in these circumstances, nor are we able to offer a credit note due to the late advice. Furthermore, as stated in our booking conditions all cancellations need to be in writing and since you did not notify us that you definitely were not coming your booking remained on our system and was recorded as a "no show". We manage over 100 self catering properties and were very busy during the week of your stay. Whilst we appreciate there were issues in getting petrol in some parts of the country, we had other bookings with guests living in your vicinity and they did travel. Also, we had no other bookings who cancelled due to being unable to travel. We sympathise with your situation and that we were unable to assist on this occasion. Yours sincerely Tracy Kirton
