Unfortunately we have been unable to investigate your return without valid proof of postage.
Your proof of postage receipt is your proof that the item has been returned. It also has a tracking number, that allows you to confirm the location and status of the parcel. As we do not provide return labels you are responsible for your return.
Without this tracking number, there is no evidence to show that the parcel has been sent, the current location or if/when it will be delivered. Therefore as the return has still not been received back with us, we are not able to issue any refunds.
