The Speedy service was excellent, BUT THE PACKAGING WAS VERY INADEQUATE it was ONLY THE POSTMAN WHO PUT IT BACK TOGETHER.

I cannot see these forms, why are they not printed in BLACK!? Butterflies is supposed to help people with visual problems so why is the litererature not 'sight friendly'?

Sorry you have had an issue with one of our forms. The prices are not shown because this was sent to people on a wide range of products so we could not include all of them. With regard to the print size we have to include a certain amount of legal information which means it is difficult to make the text much bigger but we will look into this to see if a better version can be created. We will ring you to sort out setting up the Direct Debit scheme.
