Many thanks for your feedback, we do offer exclusive deals and discounts on our site which are not available in our stores.
I have taken a look at your booking just now and can see there was indeed an issue with our banking system on the day, I am sorry about this.
In relation to the baggage, we do offer the service online through our booking journey as it can often be easier to pre-book them but they are optional as we find a lot of clients are now choosing not to bring checked in baggage.
If you could send me on your reference for your september booking that would be great.
