Thanks for your feedback and I am glad we sent you the initial documents so promptly. With the Power of Attorney process, this is out-with our control in terms of the Office of the Public Guardian timescales to have the documents registered. This is applicable to any customer that takes out a power of attorney with any company in the UK. The OPG are taking up to 6 months to register the power of attorney but we also expedite cases where our customers need the documents much sooner due to health concerns.
