I have spoken with our local delivery driver who deals with all of our parcel deliveries throughout Cornwall and he has confirmed that there was a delay in delivering your goods to you this time around.
Unfortunately, he was majorly delayed on the actual day of delivery, which meant he wasn't able to get to you in time.
He did go out with your parcels first thing the following morning at just before 8am, in a bid to reduce the inconvenience as much as possible.
I apologise that we have not been able to deliver your goods to you within the time span stated, but unfortunately, it's not always possible due to circumstances outside of our control. We will make a special effort to ensure any future deliveries arrive with you on time.
