I understand that you had spoken with a colleague here, discussed the late delivery of this consignment and advised you to refuse the delivery in order to have the items returned to us due to its lateness.
I apologise for the delay in getting the goods delivered, there appears to have been some issues with our 3rd party courier, which can happen from time to time.
Please understand that this is not normal practice for us as a company, as you can see from the many happy customers that we regurlarly do business with.
I believe that a full refund has been actioned today and should be with you very soon.
