I have checked through our despatch records and have noted that your order was despatched from our warehouse on the 16th February.
I have also spoken with our courier who confirmed that when they first attempted delivery, they were issued with the incorrect postal code information which meant they could not locate your property. This issue was quickly rectified and delivery was then completed on the 19th February at 13.30 in the afternoon.
Although the initial delivery failed, they were able to complete the delivery within the 3 working days as stated in our Terms & Conditions on our website. These can be found on http://cfsnet.co.uk/acatalog/Terms___Conditions.html
