Firstly can I offer my apologies for the delay in getting your goods to you. I have tried to look into what went on with this particular delivery and can see that you did request a Next Working Day delivery.
I have spoken with the courier company that we use and they have confirmed that they aren't able to gaurantee a Next Day service to this part of Northern Scotland, hence the delay. I understand that someone from the office did try to contact you to let you know about this?
I've seen the Proof of Delivery and there does appear to be a signature on it, so i'm not sure what's happened there.
I have tried to contact you directly to discuss this matter further but was unable to get through my self, so if you'd like to call back, it would be good to have a chat.
