Hi Steven, Thank you for your feedback, I'm sorry to hear that you're unhappy. I can see that on the 30th August my colleague emailed you to confirm we had sent the documents - these are only available in the event cover is in place. We did not hear back from you after this, so we were not to know that you still had not received any confirmation of cover. Kind regards, Charli.
