Ferry I was booked on cancelled due to weather forecast. Office impossible to reach by telephone, and wasnt contacted until next day, by which time I had rebooked on line. At least I saved some money!

We still invite you to contact our customer relations team who can look into this matter for you regarding a refund.We have noted your comments regarding the delay in getting through to the Customer Contact Center in a disruption of service due to high volumes of calls and we apologise for this. Thank you, but we were contacted the next day and were able to request a full refund for the cancelled contract. I assume this has been credited to my credit card by now, although the statement has not yet been received
