Thanks Carol. I think the main cause of the slower than usual disembarkation was simply where we were parked - one of the later zones to be cleared. Someone has to be there!

Would still be nice to know why no message sent re delay, Have suffered many delays in the past with Condor but actually believed that e-mail sent prior to sailing was an excellent improvement with sailing time delays, but turned out to be the same service.
Ferry on the way out to Gurnsey was excellent and well worth the money we paid for the tickets (fast catamaran from Poole).

I had paid to upgrade to your highest class and even that was a disaster - I had been booked in on the disabled seats and was told in a very rude manner that I should not have been allocated this seat ! The member of staff continued to humiliate me infornt of all the other passengers as to the imappropriateness of my seat allocation! Not my error - yours !
I’m happy to forward my experience to the jersey Evening Post - they love a bad news story. Or you might want to think of ways in which you could compensate me for your failings.
