Nice comfortable journey except the outward journey we were innuograded seats and it was so hot in that part of the ship even after protests to turn the air con up,on the way back no problems at all

Poor customer service, when dealing with customers. "Christmas 2017," they were over worked due pressure of sailings cancelled. On board staff very good, being a disabled customer. (The Ship.) - Warned never to travel on your fast service But your restaurant charges are far too high 99 pence for one slice of toast, the Ritz hotel in London does not even charge that amount. My friends and I also felt your bar price's somewhat on the high side, for a duty free holiday service. I will travel with you again, but never again at Christmas time. Thanking You.
