I ordered a size 8 1/2 but you shipped a size 6 1/2. I was so disappointed! I returned these and reordered. I have not received the replacements yet!

Thank you for your feedback. We sent a USA size 8 1/2, we are a UK brand therefore the sizing on the products and the box will be UK sizing stating the size as 6 1/2. The UK size 6 1/2 equates to a USA size 8 1/2. We have received these back and a refund was issued on the 16.09.2024. If we can be of any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us.

If this is the case, cancel the new order I placed since the size will again be wrong. It's strange that the shoes you sent were SO much smaller than the size 8 1/2 shoes I currently wear! They definitely were a 6 1/2 US sizing!
