On Behalf Of The Owner: Thank you for your feedback. We would be interested to know which electrical sockets are broken as we cannot find any - a light switch, however, is in need of repair which is now being dealt with, thank you for flagging it. With regards to the decking, again this has been inspected following your comments and there are a few boards which do need replacing - this is being addressed by Cottage's maintenance crew.
