Initial booking excellent with sheree - but not quite so good when we called back to ask to extend by 1 day - were told that no hotel avaiability but hotel in fact only half full at at end of break

Very polite, highly competent in their job, very quick to ammend our holiday after a situation out of their control, which resulted in booking new hotel. Excellent. Highly recommend them.
