To clarify, the interest rates for unsecured loans start from 29.99% to 46.96%, and the rate is determined by multiple factors such as credit history, income, etc. However, the personal loans are open and can be paid out at any time. Alternatively, the customer can make extra payments to reduce the accumulated interest, which in turn shortens the term. Therefore, the loan does not need to be kept until the end of the maturity date. This can reduce the cost of borrowing and how the interest is paid back on the loan.
