Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately at the time of order Sheaffer (who we order drectly from) had run out of stock of the desired finish for the 500 ballpen and weren't able to restock in time for your order. We offered alternatives from other ranges as well as the chrome finish Sheaffer which was agreed upon and supplied at a discount. Some of the pens from a subsequent order (which were printed at source by Sheaffer) were found to have faulty print and these were also replaced swiftly as soon as we were made aware. I understand from Lucy that you are happy with the response and the way that we handled both of these situations and are happy to continue ordering from EMC.
