We apologise for the shortage on your recent order. Unfortunately the cat toys you ordered were out of stock and because these toys are de-listed from our supplier we were unable to locate for your order. An email to this affect was sent to you on 02.12.2015 which also explained that we would refund you the cost of the toys and also honour the free shipping for you. Kind regards, Anne.
