If you tried to contact us though our website contact form, we have been made aware of an issue with the system since Monday, and we have not been receiving the majority of those message. Regarding your order, however, I can advise that it was not dispatched with Royal Mail, but with DX Express. DX are advising that your parcel was delivered the day after it was sent out. We will be in touch with you separately with more details shortly.
