We're incredibly pleased to hear that you've had such an easy and pleasant experience, this is certainly something that we pride ourselves on. I'm sorry to learn that you haven't received any correspondence from us though.
Typically you should be able to expect two to three emails from us after placing your order. A confirmation that your order has been received, a confirmation that your order has been processed and dispatched, and a notification from the courier (with the exception of Royal Mail) with your tracking details.
On occasion one or more of these emails may end up in your junk folder.
We will look into why you may not have received any of these, as it may also be true for other customers and if so needs to be resolved – thank you for the heads-up.
