The shipment collection went fine. However I did not receive updates on the delivery and was unable to log in check on this. I phoned the next day and was told it had been delivered on time.

FastLane always pick up on time and provide us with good pricing. Its just a shame they withdrew account facilities to those that do not wish to pay by Direct Debit.
Excellent service. Problem with printing parcel labels but this was very quickly rectified. Very pleasant young man uplifted parcels and left receipt pointing out how to track our items.
