Feefo was simple to set up and they are highly responsive to suggestions and ideas. It is also a good customer services tool as we get more response to our service and products than we have ever had

A superb idea. Ideally suited to businesses that have a reasonably steady stream of business. To get maximum value a customer must engage fully in the process.
