Hi there,Thanks for your feedback and just like every negative feedback we received, we are extremely disappointed. We always look to see where we can improve and strive to provide the best customer experience.After doing a thorough investigation, we were not able to find that your received garden furniture which was damaged in transit and it is being collected very soon.Apologies for not being able to deliveritems without damage. Looks as if the couriers are under alot of preasure to make deliveries quickly and they are mis handling the items.The couriers will be in touch very soon to arrange collection and apologies for the delay as there is a bit of a backlog right now with all thats going on around the country with Covid 19.thankswww.firstfurniture.co.uk
