They substituted flowers and only left one day notice. Would have been acceptable if they hadn't substituted for fake flowers. Also the quality of flowers for the price was poor.

Delivered on the morning of the day requested.

Flowers were starting to droop after only 4 days despite the water being refreshed and the supplied cut flower food being added.
