Flowers arrived in a postal box, were squashed in, about half were usable. Have contacted fllowers direct for their response. Have heard nothing back.

Delivered on time in sturdy packaging, however the flowers didn't last 2 days. They were cared for as instructed. Bit disappointing really as they were a gift.
