I can assure that we do provide pre-delivery notifications where customers chose such a service but couldn't in your case because you chose the cheapest and untracked delivery service. Since your parcel was untracked, these notifications were not possible. with regards Robin Suri

Dear Customer, The status of your parcel shows 'Shipped' on the account and an email was also sent confirming the same after it was shipped. Because it was asked not to be tracked, there were no further details available from here, whether to check through the account or through notifications. with regards Four Square Healthcare
