My shipment never arrived and was delivered to the wrong address TWICE.

I am pleased to hear that your shipment was finally delivered as soon as our customer service team discovered why there was a delivery issue, that the door to the property was on a different street to the address.

I understand that our team arranged for the original shipment and it's replacement (that had been sent out swiftly free of charge) to be retrieved, and had it delivered to your door and ensured it was signed for by you in person.
