A prompt from Gladstone Brooks gave the realisation I had ppi on a loan I took out. Taking their sevice on board I soon was in receipt of the funds owed to me. A very smooth and easy process.

Too many letters sent out instead of emails, which become very confusing when dealing with several claims. Otherwise brilliant.

Excellent responce time, with good feed back via e-mail and post, even for small amounts of business, , excellent one to one customer service & I speak, as a qualified NVQ Assessor.
