They were very helpful, however I did feel swamped with letters which all seemed to say the same thing and I feel they are a bit eager in chasing their fees, I received phone calls requesting payment

Very active in getting me a Ppi refund and collecting fees. Not so responsive in paying a friend their referal fee.
