We sincerely apologise for your delivery experience. We store the majority of our goods at Amazon Fulfilment Centers (FBA). This stock fulfils orders on all of our sales channels - Amazon itself, eBay, our own website and phone orders. We do not 'order them from Amazon' - Amazon acts as our warehouse. Your order was processed the day we received it - it is unfortunate that you did not mention over the phone that you live in Ireland, as this is why the delivery took longer than promised, for which we apologise. We have noted that you refused the delivery, so as soon as they arrive back, a full refund will be issued to you.

I placed my order online with Glebe healthcare on 23rd March the order was processed in 27th that’s a 4 day difference no matter which county I live in. Also please don’t use the Ireland excuse because I live in NORTHERN IRELAND which is still part of the UK not Ireland or Eire which I made you aware of before ordering. We still have Royal Mail and same couriers as the mainland . Allowing for a day to cross the water and Easter weekend, the order still took 10 days to arrive and it was refused because it arrived after I had left for holiday and the courier knew that so said he’d return it for me. It was particularly irksome because I had asked you beforehand if it would arrive in time and was assured it would only take 2-3 days ( from 23rd March).
