We sincerely apologise for your delivery experience. We store the majority of our goods at Amazon Fulfilment Centers (FBA). This stock fulfils orders on all of our sales channels - Amazon itself, eBay, our own website and phone orders. We do not 'order them from Amazon' - Amazon acts as our warehouse. Your order was processed the day we received it - it is unfortunate that you did not mention over the phone that you live in Ireland, as this is why the delivery took longer than promised, for which we apologise. We have noted that you refused the delivery, so as soon as they arrive back, a full refund will be issued to you.
