Please accept our sincerest apologies both for the item arriving damaged and also for the long wait for the replacement. We're doing absolutely everything we can to get stock of this popular height chart sooner but unfortunately there is likely to be a month long wait. The service at GLTC was terrible. We ordered the bed on a 4 week delivery schedule. When we were concerned that we hadn't received it and it had been 4 weeks we called up to find out what was going on
