Hi Gita, sorry you're disappointed and felt like we needed you to justify yourself, this was not the case at all. We needed to see photos of exactly what we sent you so that we could see the mistake we made, so that we could work out how we made it and ensure it doesn't happen again. We have said you can keep the products that we sent to you by mistake and we have sent you the correct products too, with no extra charge because it was our mistake. We have apologised and feel sad that you still felt the need to write this review, we couldn't possibly have done any more to resolve this situation. You're based in Canada, we're in the UK, which is why your products have not arrived yet. Unfortunately, we don't have the same capabilities as Amazon as we're a tiny, husband and wife team.
