Hi Louise, I am sorry that you feel like you have had a bad experience with us. Having looked through your file we believed we made it clear that it was your employer that unfortunately didn’t give us the correct data for your completed shifts and therefore we couldn’t update your balance. It is imperative that we get clear sight of your completed work, as this is for earned pay NOT a loan, and on this occasion we didn’t. If this was unclear for you then we sincerely apologise and hope you come back to us soon
