I am sorry you have had a bad experience. I just wanted to clear something up as there seems to be some confusion. You don't actually work for Hastee Pay, you work for your employer who hired you for your shift. We facilitate early access to a portion of your wages, but only if your employer approves your shifts. On this occasion it looks like your shifts haven't been approved so best to speak to them to query the reason. If, once you've cleared up the situation, you are happy to amend your review we'd be very grateful!
