Good service overall. Sometimes, it is difficult to arrange apartments viewings because the key of the apt is not with the agent but with the landlord.

I totally agree and understand your point on the keys but the issue with the Dubai market is unless you have exclusivity the owners often like to retain keys so that they know exactly which brokers are entering their property. Believe me, it also works better from our side if keys are left with our brokers. I will review with the team how we can maximize this in future and thank you for your feedback.
