Very nice agency and well-organised . I would rent using this agency again, and recommend it to my friends. The only disadvantage is that they charge a lot.

Thank you for your pleasant comments, and I'm delighted Samuel was able to secure the apartment for you. He tells me there were quite a few clients looking to acquire the unit, so great news that you can now call this home. We charge the industry standard with is 5% + VAT with a minimum fee which was pointed out before signing of the contract. Red Adair once said 'If you think it's expensive to hire a professional to do the job, wait until you hire an amateur.'
