I had a problem with my flight and didn’t arrive to see the play. I tried several times contact them to change my tickets or reimburse, and they didn’t respond.

Thanks for taking the time off to leave us a review. I'm really sorry that was the case. However, it is clearly mentioned on the website that all Broadway and Off-Broadway show tickets are non-refundable. The theaters follow strict policy and we follow through with those policies in mind.
