Our apologies for the delay you faced in receiving your tickets from us. We normally process our bookings and send out tickets post booking within twenty minutes, as states on our website, and acknowledge that we took closer to twenty eight minutes in fulfilling your booking, which is higher than normal, caused due to the larger influx of bookings on the day you had made your reservation. That, of course, shouldn't have affected the way your booking was processed and we're sorry we couldn't prevent that delay.
We sincerely regret any inconvenience or bother caused to you and assure you that we will take adequate measures to ensure that tickets, vouchers and confirmations reach our customers in a timely manner from hereon so that their experience is a hassle free one.
