Unfortunately, as a third party vendor, we do not get too much of a deciding hand in the ambience at the Burj Khalifa. We're sorry that your visit to the Burj was not a more pleasant one and hope that you can understand that there is very little we can do about the factors that made your visit so far from enjoyable. We can assure you, though, that we will pass on this feedback to At The Top, the official ticketing partner at the Burj and our partner for this activity so that they can reflect on the same.
