Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback and I am very sorry to hear that your garment arrived with you in the condition that it has, this is not up to our usual level of service at all and I will be passing this onto our warehouse manager to look into to ensure that this does not happen again in the future. If you think dry cleaning may resolve the creases in the trousers, we will be more than happy to reimburse this for you up to the value of £15.00 on the production of a valid receipt. Kind regards,
