Shouldn't friendly service. Never pushy but always helpful. Very personal service. Facilitates all the 'dull' but necessary bits ie compliance in a way that takes the headache out for me.

Emma Richards is always very helpful and prompt in her response . She even goes out of her way, to book accomodation etc, something that other agencies don't even bother to
