I liked the bathing suit that I received, but it was the wrong size (even though I measured myself before ordering it). I wrote to exchange it on Feb. 10. It's been a week and I've heard nothing back.

At the moment we are in the early stages of planning for the Canadian market and we're hoping that in the near future we will be able to open shops across Canada. In regards to your shipping concern, we're very sorry but we cannot always guarantee to ship all products in one go - this is because we work mainly via a drop-ship model at the moment, meaning lots of our brands will send the products to you directly.
