As mentioned in our follow-up email, there was a mix-up wherein you order has been fulfilled by mistake since Organic Basics have been out of stock of the Bikini Briefs and will be delayed in 1-2 weeks. We will ensure this doesn't happen again. We were able to ship it out during the first week of February. We also offered a 20% refund of your total purchase as an apology for the incident that happened. We can see that you originally purchased Handwoven Blanket & Throw in Teal and Dove Gray variant but it appeared that there are 2 different emails have been used and most likely the reason why you were double charged for this orders. On the other side, we refunded you the double charge since it was originally a one time purchase for those mentioned items.
