We can see that you originally bought this fire hose billfold wallet as a gift for your wife but it looks a man's wallet to your view so you kept it to yourself instead. It was designed from decommissioned fire hoses which is why it also looks like a man's wallet due to its compact and simple design. As for your concern about the bad odor, we also mentioned this from our follow up email and sent you an instruction on how to deal with it.
