Please accept our apologies for the delays in receiving your policy. We work closely with a number of external agents and process and send Military Kit insurance policies with 24 hrs. However we appreciate sometimes, technical delays in receiving the applications can delay receipt of policy documents.. We hope you are happy with your Kit & Home insurance policy from Insignia
